- Description: Enhance delivery of financial and non-financial services to poor households, assigning the Bicol and CARAGA regions of the Philippines as pilot areas for some of the interventions . The first component of the project aims to achieve a broadening of financial and non-financial services by institutional partners of PCFC-- services that are made accessible to the poor, through the development of new financial products and services. The second component shall enhance delivery of microfinance services through information technology facilities, particularly the a) development of on-line Microfinance Information Systems; b) establishment of PCFC e-library; and c) establishment of resource libraries in Bicol and Caraga.
