| The Bank Management Course, the lengthiest training
provided to PCFC partners was held last May 2003. It was
envisioned to develop, hone and update banking competencies
of top management participants coming from PCFC accredited
micro finance lending institutions. Each course is a two
week live-in seminar conducted in two batches. After year-
long preparations, the training of the first batch finally
ran from May 5-16, 2003 and the second batch from May
19-30, 2003. |

| There were 16 Resource persons for each of the two week
course. Forty (40) PCFC partner institutions benefited
from the comprehensive training, but around 80 participants
including PCFC account officers have attended. |
